Core Workout (15mins)

This is a 15 minute core workout. There are 15 exercises and the first 14 includes 30 seconds of holding a pose; and 30 seconds of moving.

This is hard! So start by trying 10 seconds of static and resting for 20s. And then 10s of dynamic and resting for 20s.

Then try 15s static; 15 sec rest and 15s dynamic; 15s rest.

Build up over time to be able to complete the whole 15 minute sequence. Control and accuracy is better! Don’t push but build to achieving 15 minutes.

When you can complete the whole 15minutes (with good form) after each row – you are officially a Jedi-Core Master. 🙂
